Season 3, Episode 11 – “Blake Lively”
Prue is joined in her kitchen by Hollywood Actress Blake Lively who cooks a kale Caesar salad. Blake reveals that she and her film star husband Ryan Reynolds are big fans of cooking shows, and she suggests a novel use for a hairdryer. Blake also tells Prue how much she enjoys taking cookery lessons in various countries when travelling the world. Prue makes duck breast with celeriac and cavolo nero, while John heads off to Tewkesbury to meet the people behind the town’s famous banners. Prue’s food hero this week is Rachel Mills, a vegan cook with her own plant-based pop-up restaurant. John joins Prue in the kitchen to make a potato rôsti with black pudding, fried egg, and sage butter. Queen of thrift, Prue has a hack for cooking every last part of a broccoli and cauliflower.
